At Hinchley Wood Primary School, we are proud to offer a reliable wrap-around childcare service before and after the usual school day. Both clubs are led by an experienced team of playworkers in a safe, friendly and secure environment. This service operates every day during term time (with the exception of after school club on the last days of each term when school closes early).
Woody’s Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club is open from 7:30am to 8:50am.
Before school, children enjoy a healthy breakfast and are able to take part in some gentle activities to start their day. They are then accompanied to their respective classrooms for morning registration. Children may arrive anytime from 7:30am to 8:30am.
Woody’s After School Club
Our after school club is open from 3:15pm to 6:00pm.
After school, children are collected from their classrooms and taken to our club rooms. During the session, a light supper is served and there are many activities to take part in. Activities include sports, crafts, games, completing homework or relaxing with a book after a busy day at school. Children may be collected any time up until 6pm.
Booking Process:
These are paid-for services and there are limited spaces available that are offered on a first come, first served basis each academic year.
Once you have booked a place in either club, this is secured for that current academic year only. Bookings open in advance of each academic year and must be booked for each year of attendance - places do not automatically roll over each year.
